Oyakodon ?
Kind reminder of an important plot point: she’s 14 you creeps!!Wait isn't this about oyakodon? Why introduce potential boyfriend for the daughter?![]()
He's our paypig... massive jk (don't kill me)“He’s my cook.”

ehhh im in the mega minority here... but I'd be totally fine with them going their separate ways at the end. This whole experience would just be a way for MC to finally move on and to fix his antisocial tendencies through exposure therapy. He can still be a father figure in Minori's life, but not married to her mother. I think he'd deserve a life reset atp.I would also not expect any bad guy to show.
I think it's a story about. Like repairing things that once been broken, or bonds in this case. Like kintsugi.
My theory is life simply got in the way of Kyou and MC. Her family broken up, she dropped out of school. With her more livelier outlook, she moved on and eventually met with Minori's dad. But once again, life happened, making Minori her last family member. For MC, with more brooding look, he also moved on somewhat (we saw him being productive in general: cooking, painting, making a living out of his craft), but still could not forget Kyou. Now both of them have the chance to mend their broken bond.
MC had to rest after walking around a botanic garden... a highschool boy in a sports club would flatten himMC here is giving off a fatherly vibe like he’s saying, “if you touch her, you’ve gotta deal with me first”
Do you think that bother's THIS crowd?Kind reminder of an important plot point: she’s 14 you creeps!!
