This is definitely saying something, given what else has been in this manga, but that's probably the most uncomfortable scene for me yet. I really wish the author had spent more time on the immediate aftermath for the MC.

The level of disconnection some people have with what is being shown while reading this series amusing, to the point they don’t even get character personalities anymore; Koharu who has been previously established as secretly wanting to be domineered by her partner, is taken in this chapter with a blatant sexual fantasy, rear sexual intercourse in the kitchen, yet a cry for “Marital Rape” is given here in the comment session.

Looks like the female author, who’s married and is a mother, has a better grip on what she is trying to portray than comment session activists.

@Goukenimaru normally, I'd agree with you. Normally I'd be on the "that's Ryuu being Ryuu" side. But Koharu wasn't in the mood to be involved in a sexual fantasy, she hasn't been in that mood for a while. What she wants is assurance that she'll still be loved, not some surprise dry rear fuck. And I think Coco will actually talk about this in the future, but idk how she'll make Ryuu redeem himself.

Didn't expect "the rear man" title to be, well, literally that. XD

Also, as a married woman, I say that scene was sexy as f***. She had resolved not to know, and he knew she did not know. There was definitely fear, but it was definitely not an uncontrolled rape situation. I mean, we know that Koharu is more than capable of fighting back when Ryuu pushes her too far, right? All those past episodes where she denies him sugar, slaps him for being ecchi, threatens to shove vibrators up his a**... Long story short, smut happened because she was totally in for the ride. (The whole story has been about her struggling to do things her way and feeling miserable, then Ryuu comes in and smashes every preconception she had, anyway... right?)

Side note though: "boink" as a sfx during an intense sex scene is just hilarious. PLEASE DON'T. I can't deal. Seriously xD

Side note two: that look on Ryuu's face after it was over, and what he decided not to say when he left... Aaaaaaaaaa the feels! So conflicted!!

Side note three: wifey #1 definitely knows something haha.

Minor side note one: Did he just bonk wife #2 when it was supposed to be wife #1's turn with him??

Pretty sure you're correct. And yes this was both sexy as hell and somewhat uncomfortable to read.

The problem as always is that Koharu can't bring herself to trust a man. Even her own father stepped out on her mother from time to time. Did you think it was an accident that Koharu ONLY gets interested in men already in a LTR?
