Its BS that the FMC couldn't become pregnant for so long. If they have sex everyday for months, its impossible not to have conceive unless the female is not producing any eggs or the male is not producing any sperm

They explained in one of the last 10 chapters or so that his sperm count was low. It was all him.

Tbh i actually liked the story till 100 chapters but since the whole yuzu pregnancy the story got garbage. And im pissed by the fact that i couldn't see koharu and her baby which was she longing for. Altho ik she has 2 daughters and one more kid in the sequel but they were barely shown even in that.
