I really despise these types of PoVs. We aren't allowed to have any interesting psychological stories about people who aren't completely PC anymore. No nuance. I'm glad you at least said "in fiction it looks cute" but you still followed it up to have a holier-than-thou attitude about Being The More Ethical Media Consumer. this sentiment is the most boring thing ever to me.
