Excuse me for my tone, but back on topic, what i suspect the author means by "I know the cherry blossoms this spring will be especially beautiful" is that Re-chan has given up her longest and most earnest dream yet, hence why the cherry blossom that feeds on those forgotten dream will bloom most wonderfully this year.
