I'm enjoying this a good amount so far, but honestly the Idea that Haru could believe that just changing her last name would be enough to stop people from making the connection is really killing my suspension of disbelief.

A Non Contact Injury? Id be surprised if she sees the field again.

For those confused... non-contact injuries happen in the NFL... and one of the more oddly common ones? Injuries to the knees or legs. Especially the ACL. She better hope and pray this is a simple ache or she's done balling.

The funniest twist from this manga could be that everyone already knows and only pretend otherwise to keep her in the team, only she and the short girl haven't realized that yet

Tbf she's just a kid and she already had the best possible plan for keeping her identity hidden: Not playing again + not mentioning it
Our main girl just seems to have forced her out of that lol

Many footballers recover well from ACL injuries with modern medicine, especially if you are young. If you don’t adhere to the recovery regiment, that’s where it can all go wrong.

I see. But usually, a year is pretty damn typical for this type of injury, so usually they're out for that season in order to take surgery.

Although I do hear of cases where people play through torn acls, or torn obliques, so I guess its a matter of if one can even overcome the odds.
