Holding midfielder. I mean, there's not really a non-running position other than keeper, but a player like Özil in his heyday comes to mind. Özil was all about feeding the attack so he stayed high and rarely made any big runs or defensive plays. Wikipaedia mentions 'Strolling 10', which is a new one to me, but really fits Özil's style of play from what I remember.
