Isekai Onsen

It exists, but the guy becomes an onsen.

"I was Reincarnated as a Hot Spring in an Alternate World, and I'm Way Too Effective".

6/10 on here. Would not recommend.

The windshield wipers. Too real.

Wanna know what winter in Hokkaido is like? It’s a Saturday. You go shovel a foot of snow off the car to go shopping. You go to the store. You come out and scrape several inches of snow off your car. You go to the next store. You scrape several inches of snow off the car. This goes on until springtime.

(the sunny winter days are goddamn magic).

The settings sound good, and it makes me want to read this piece of "isekai onsen novel" from Kappa sensei :wooow:

Yeah, already a couple iskeai onsen things because hack writers have stripmined almost every conceivable subject to make it isekai. I'd like to think Harukappa's would be more Nobu or Gen though. Plus murders.

For those of you who have never lived in snow before, you put the wipers up so they don't freeze to the window and so they don't get in your way when you're scraping the layer of ice off the window. If the snow ever melts slightly, ice! And guess what? If you had the heater on in the car, and of course you did, then any snow falling on the windshield is going to melt til the car cools down enough.

It’s funny because I grew up in snowy Utah, nobody does it, but then in Hokkaido everyone does.
It helps if you get 1 a LOT of snow 2 WET icy snow. Utah was usually just fluff because of the dry air

"Murder mystery at an isolated hotel on the border of the real world and the spirit world" is such a dope story idea.
