Fixed that for you.
I don't know how to say this without sounding offensive, but you really should reconsider your diet.
My father died this year at the age of 69 as a consequence of being obese. He weighed around 200 pounds, slightly above
the US average. His parents, who were of normal weight, died at 98 following an accident at home where they fell from the stairs. The oldest human died at 122. My father could've lived another 30-50 years.
Almost half of the adult population in the US is obese (40.3% in 2023), and almost 3/4 are overweight including obese (73.6% in 2018) [
source]. Nearly half of America's overweight people don't realize they're overweight (36% / 70.4% in 2016) [
source]. The fact that you consider a normal-sized meal to be "Japanese-sized" tells me you're part of that majority.
Don't take this as an insult. Take this as the well-meaning advice of someone who's witnessed the consequence of such a lifestyle and is trying to help. Feel free to disregard my comment. Maybe this comment will help someone else live a longer life instead.
