The author really doesn't want to let this manga end. Don't get me wrong, I still read it every week, for the past X years, but I can only take so many poop chapters man.
Like ofc it's not easy coming up with new chapter ideas after 10 years of serilazation, but I would much much prefer that the author will start a new manga, with fresh new ideas, over writing the 500th chapter about poop in this one.

So just simply holding your breath doesn't work (and i'm sure many will attest to this) What you need to do is suck in as much air as you think you can. Then attempt to forcibly suck in more air. It's at least a 2 step process which many don't seem to know about.
