Glancing at the raws, I do not think that is the case. However, I can't read Japanese at the required level, so it is possible I am seeing a different chicken-headed woman and not knowing.

He moved to Okinawa to escape from Sugi pollen because he have allergies (a very common allergy in Japan), after living there for about 2 years he started developing rashes from other stuff in Okinawa so he moved to Beppu (Oita prefecture, Kyushu island) the hot spring town, after living in Beppu for 2 years he moved closer to Fukuoka, the biggest city in Kyushu.
