I counted 28, but she said it's 3 too many. So I think she is 25 right now.

28-3=25. Had to count twice to make sure, but yeah, this should be about right.

Though 25 isn't really old by any means. In fact Kuraki-san is actually quite close in age to the rest of the gang. Even Haruko should only be 5-7 years apart from her at most. And Mamoru is 4 years older than Haruko (Check chapter 190.5), so there's a 1-3 year gap between him and Kuraki-san, depending on how long it's been since Haruko graduated from High school (age 18, which i'm using as reference).

I counted 30 candles with the help of Paint, so she's 27.

I counted 30 candles by keeping track of where I started, and I agree that she's 27. (Also because it works better with the joke. Being unmarried at 24+ is not good, but being unmarried and 30+ is very bad, at least in humorous mangas). (So making her out to be 30 is quite the insult. Again, in joke manga land, I dunno anything about the real world.)
