I think we need to compile a list of do's and dont's if we want to have a healthy life.
And once that list got to 30s, consult the doctors to make sure we didn't miss anything.
Then print them into huge scale and put it up in our room.
And obey it for the rest of our live.
Is it just me or does that really sound scarier than a prison sentence?
