They're friends!

The kanji on their new cell phones, 天羅地網, is an idiom that roughly translates to "nets cast in the sky and snares in the ground," meaning "a very extensive encirclement." The MangaPlus translation of "dragnet" actually captures a lot of the original's nuance: for those who don't know, a 'dragnet' is a police term for a focused search for criminals. Though, one nuance it doesn't capture is the possible link to the "wonders of the world."

And, lastly: what did exactly happen in that stocking?? Seto mentioned that Hino has a "soft spot for kids;" coming from Seto, who already has a pretty huge soft spot for kids, I think this is really significant. Was Hino so aggressive because she wanted to protect Furuta at all costs?
