@ProjectET @Echonic the moment I saw the word "liver" that's where i thought the manga was heading, I mean stories always use organ deficiencies because they can be fatal, can still be saved with surgery/transplant even when the situation is dire, but need specific, defined requirements.... really a good plot device

sorry to go all erm actually but i did a project on wilson's disease in school there are literally meds that work and can be used to treat it and if her disease had really progressed to where she needs a transplant her mental faculties would not be this stable. and now that im thinking abt it she must've been worried about her copper intake that time when she was hesitant to eat his bento but there's really not many foods high in copper that she would need to avoid (except tofu and salmon... thats so sad)
