I am totally happy with this eve development. Really does explain her individuality. We have seen heartbroken ones with will and the ability to change reality but never a regular.

No matter what the apparent revelation at this stage, there would be some people claiming that it were always obviously going that way, In fact, it wouldn't even be entirely different people depending upon the apparent revelation. And, if what now seems to be the case is undone in some later chapter, some of the comments here will be edited.

But, as I have said before, the story has lacked logical coherence. As a principle of logic, anything follows from a contradiction.

(This latest chapter seems to add to the incoherence, as a scheming, wicked Eve has nothing to gain and much to lose by showing her cards. On the othe hand, a scheming, non-wicked Eve might pretend to show such cards.)

I for one am banking on the "Tarou realises his love for Ibusuki, Eve dissapears but not really, she goes inside Ibusuki and is born as their daughter in the future, who they call Eve" ending or something. It's seemed likely to me since the whole "FLZs can go inside things". It seems like the closest thing to an everyone is happy end that things could get, but eh, maybe the author will go for a more on-the-nose ending and have Eve actually dissapear

Tarou could see FLZs before that (that's been said in multiple chapters, including the recent ones with his dad) but he was startled by a copy of his crush popping into existence above them both, since before that he didn't have one.

Her only desire was to make Tarou happy, which is true of all FLZs. The difference is that she could get feedback and develop through interaction, so there was no need to be spiteful. Now she wants more, probably because she got fucked up by the dad.

Makes sense to me. This exact stuff has been brewing for a couple dozen chapters already, I can't believe anyone calling this rushed has ever read an axed series in their life.

She clearly said she even forgot about herself. Rather than two separate consciousnesses splitting and merging, it's more like she has lately just been finally recovering her memories.

Page 13 sums it up. She has always been a fake, she has always been a figment of his imagination. It only got out of control because he wasn't allowed to come to term with his first love because Ririsu wanted it to be painful for him.

She came to life by sheer willpower basically lol.
