@maelstroon yeah it can happen if you overheat yourself, and you've been stressing your body out. It's why steam sauna's, spa's, and regular saunas suggest moderation and keeping hydrated. It seems counterintuitive having your electrolytes go out of balance while breathing steam, but you're sweating out more liquids than you're intaking.
But people on their first times in a sauna, or who don't pay attention to the fine balance between an endurance session in a sauna & their body suffering too greatly... End up having a medical tech called on them.
