Regarding point no1, I don’t remember that. Which ch is it?And thus volume 11 ends. The mangaka is razor focused on getting to the next arc. It gets us to the best content of the web novels faster.
Changes from web novel:
Next arc and volume should be quite exciting to see drawn!
- The talk with Camilla was much bigger. Originally this is where the skeletons found out about the legend they inspired (manga/LN moved the discovery earlier), and poured that energy into making a fortress. The scene was also the first mentions of important reisenburg nobles in the 2nd Prince's faction, including Havre and Gleisner. Otherwise, evil 2nd prince has a firm grip on the area around Lastock and is taxing them into the ground.
- Kento woke up in the morning to inspect the new fortress. There was a relaxed diner scene and more filming before talking to the detective.
- Kento ‘promising to visit Manon’s family’ actually came up multiple times. Hamill dunked Kento with water, and it’s established that Hamill is jealous because he has a crush on Beatrice.
Well, that's a bad first impression with her family, haha.
And am I misremembering? I thought the mother simply moved out of his childhood house, but everyone here seems to be implying she died? I guess it must be the later?![]()
And even if she isn't, he can raise her as a skeleton familiar and command her to be.
it's on Ch 53Well, that's a bad first impression with her family, haha.

Chapter 22 of the manga is where it told us about them being legends with nicknames, as opposed to the web novel where it happened here.Regarding point no1, I don’t remember that. Which ch is it?
Others linked to the actual manga chapter already, but for anyone who doesn't want to go back and re-read, his mother had stabbed his father with a knife when he showed up after Kento's disappearance, was put in detention waiting trial, and committed suicide there.Well, that's a bad first impression with her family, haha.

normally i'd be very pissed about such a development, but this time?, no... it feels correct, he's a kid, suddenly exposed to a unkind and gruesome world and people with barely any help from even his classmates, now that he sits to eat and slow down for one hour all the shit suddenly rushed.A reminder that for all his power and maturity, he is a kid...
Glad the folks on our side aren't being shifty about this all. (So far...)
IIRC wasn't Kento's father also cheating on his wife, which contributed to that breakdown?Others linked to the actual manga chapter already, but for anyone who doesn't want to go back and re-read, his mother had stabbed his father with a knife when he showed up after Kento's disappearance, was put in detention waiting trial, and committed suicide there.
I feel you there. I didn’t cry for almost 2 weeks after my father died, then one night I literally just fell over and cried non stop for 10 minutes. Grief hits at weird times and in weird waysThe execution was not very polish, but in this case I can understand that same deep regret as it has haunted me for years as well. It came abruptly, just like it did in this chapter and I don't know if it will ever leave.
And you feel like a piece of shit a lot of the time until you do finally break, with thoughts like, "I can't even cry for my loved one's death? What kind of unfeeling monster am I?", which, yeah, you really don't need in that moment, either.I feel you there.
