I feel like everyone in the comments forgets that the Shota is talking from experience in graphic detail.
Sure, for us it might be a half-assed explanation, but in context everyone is horrified by hearing that someone so close to them not only should be dead, but should had one of the worst deaths they can imagine.
The knight was always against all of this, so when she hears that description of almost certain Doom, it's obvious that she would be even more horrified, because she understands that even ONE of the things he described would be life threatening if not outright lethal.
And yet there he was. Standing angry at her and all of her coworkers, with 3 monsters capable of slaughtering almost everyone she knows and with the ability of then raising them up to force them to bolster his own military might.
I would react the same way as her if I was in her boots, because that guy has not only evaded death, he has conquered it.
