You'd have a point, if chapter 15 was on an aggregator somewhere. However, it doesn't exist. All this does is make a gap, and anyone with a shred of self respect is going to wait to read these 4 chapters until chapter 15 is out, to maintain the flow of the story.
Just because you see it as a "Hurr durr complain about free stuff" problem, doesn't mean it is always that. Get off your moral high horse and actually figure out why it's said before blasting.

But you don't and the guy I quoted doesn't either, so complaining about and wishing ill will on them doesn't benefit anybody and makes you both look entitled. You can deduce the why on first principle at this point, since this has happened hundreds of times on this website. The gap chapter is usually left in case if the previous uploader has yet to upload. What usually happens is that gap stays. The longest i have seen a chapter gap like that is 3 years.

It's actually quite interesting. The translator of 16-19, asked the previous one (The one that did 14), to stop, so they could do the chapters. This was done after Chapter 14 was posted. Result? The previous TL didn't do 15. Hence Silas should've been the one to do 15, but clearly not. Either this is a miscommunication between them, or it's an accident, but either way, we don't have 15. We can't continue the reading experience.

It's so rare that characters are averse to killing. Or at least, to this extent, where it's more than just a footnote that's quickly ignored. Unless it's villains in need of stabbing. Then it's never okay to kill.

I don't think those are small enough that you can't choke on them. Not likely, but the risk is there.
