And you can't get mayo by just simply beating it. Was the author so adamant about introducing mayo that they forgot to look up how it's made?
im not rly fond of mayo (tho i'm sure magic /tools might fill in a gap) but some kinda egg yolk sauce like Hollandaise might have its appeal, although i can imagine it'd need to be cooked versus ppl being 'ok' with eating a raw egg (tho i've heard korean/kewpie mayo is kinda diff? Tho the 'mayo butter' on viet banh mi isn't that appealing to me either even tho it's seemingly made without vinegar like most mayo but even then i'd prefer butter over like mayo spread on a sandwich)Lol, I thought she was simply scrambling the egg...
