I dislike that they stopped MC getting revenge to keep him "pure" by having him let his brother be crippled and taken as a sex slave? Like death was the better option for all but the goblins.

You might as well have killed him there Crest, if you really want to be better than him, letting him have that kind of fate despite knowing what they will do is far worse than just killing him.

Of course if MC wanted to get revenge then I would not say anything about his action, but with what he just say about being the better person, frankly, his action just now is extremely contradictory. Because while he may not have personally killed him, he gave the guy a far crueler end.

The complete lack of understanding from the author that perhaps some fates are worse than death. I wouldn't mind MC leaving his brother alive if there was any justification for him to go that far in the first place, that aspect of his character didn't exist until this chapter. Or he had a consistent moral code in the first place.

What the hell am I expecting anyway, I read this far. I know what this is.
