I'm interested in the last page because of the heads the lead demon is carrying can be from the human faced monsters but I guess its just some rando humans.Orc looking mobs are demons.

Hey, even Overlord got that past season 2, sadly (and we already were seeing elements of it in Season 2 itself), so it ain't just trash isekai that get it.That's a shame that it got the trash isekai anime treatment of let's take popular isekai, give it no budget, and just expect fans to consume it.
If you want MC to save the day, you have to set up a stage to make him look good.I don't understand what's happening anymore.
You got the demon lord army, and then they sent in the gold-eyes monsters(?) or some shit, and then we got the human faced monsters out now too, and now you have these orcs?
Also where the fuck is the MC?
I think gold-eyes monsters were from nearby forest and under control of demon lord, in order to weaken human armies before sending his main troops. The ONI may be part of demon lord's main assault force.I don't understand what's happening anymore.

often the weak and brave leaders are better to command and know how to avoid needless battle. they tend to be far more dangerous than the strong leaders who relies on their pure number and strength.A weak but brave leader is probably better than a strong but cowardly leader
Dragon boy is with Vicius and they are looking for the demon king.Recapping a bit:
If we were reading this in a Takubon, it would be a bit easier to follow because the mangaka has done a pretty good job of explaining the fronts. OTOH, even with a good job by the mangaka, it's hard to follow because it's tactically complicated, and it's a big battle with multiple named characters (many of them biting the dust).
- It's a three front war, with the fronts at least a couple of days apart. Native forces and heroes are split between the three fronts. Sogou, Yasu and Ozama are on central front. Central front was supposed to be easier (demon king is on eastern front, not central front), but central front is getting crushed.
- On central front, demons (mostly ogre types) are coming from the north -- we've only seen glimpses of them (e.g. last panel here and a chapter or two back where they were coming out of a lake).
- Sogou, heroes and many of the forces are stationed in the castle. North of castle are additional forces, there to receive the incoming demons.
- Monsters from the central region unexpectedly invade from the south, quickly breaching the outer castle walls. All the fighting that we've seen so far has been with these monsters. And they're crushing everyone.
- 2/3 of S class heroes took big hits and fled like bitches. Sogou is only S class hero left. She has her own group of lower class heroes. Yasu's group has now joined with her group after Yasu abandoned them. (BTW, Sogou is still the only S class hero without a special ability -- the fighting that she's doing is based off her families martial historical training, plus the training that she's done in this world.)
- Sogou etc are hoping to move to the north to join up with forces outside, who are presumably in better shape.
- Only they just now ran into some demons coming from the north -- and carrying freshly harvested human heads. So, the forces north of the castle are screwed too.
- Of the monsters from the south, the ones that arrived first (from outer edge of monster zone) were strong but defeatable. The ones that arrived later (from deeper in the monster zone) are much stronger and are responsible for most of the wrecking. And one of those monsters has a "scream" that attracts other monsters.
Oyamada and Yasu are A-Rank, not S-Rank.Recapping a bit:

Ty. I corrected my post. (And fixed Oyamada's name too.)Oyamada and Yasu are A-Rank, not S-Rank.
Nope, you need to bear it more, because we'll see them more often in this war.Bro can we really get back to the MC these npc ass side characters getting bodied all the time make me not care like they’re trying to push me to care for these bots but like idc if anything I want them to get clapped more so this shit can be over with like what is happening
No, not happening, she's Ayaka right hand, second in command.I feel like Suou will betray her in the future...
Yeah, the star MVP in this war are Ayaka andGood to see the pres leading the others in actual useful tactics. And let’s give that coward a roaring round of applause. Really, he just keeps proving that he doesn’t need a hand to point out his flaws.
Well yeah, obviously he’s going to be a heavy hitter in this once he gets here.Yeah, the star MVP in this war are Ayaka and
Fly King that soon will join the war.
