The Light Novel did a good job with that. Between themselves, the Classmates use japanese honorifics, while outside of that they don't (since they speak in the Isekai language).

In the Light Novel, Touka doesn't use an honorific with Ayaka in their meeting (neither Ayaka).

Tbh I feel like it's more of the translators' responsibility to make such changes. Such localisation is apt.

I'm not a huge fan of honorifics in general, but I must admit the official translators did a good job with that.

But he struggles to be like the parents he hates in order to stay strong, given the kindness his aunt and uncle instilled in him once his parents were out of the picture. He believes what others perceive as his kindness to be nothing more than a facade when nothing could be further from the truth.
