LN readers, Does MC ever meet up with his classmate again? Does he hold hostility towards all of them, some of them, or only towards the goddess?

He meets up with them disguised as the Fly King first at the Southern defense line then when he meets up with the Mad Emperor and eventually, when it's getting towards the push to defeat the Goddess he has to reveal his face to garner their support. I believe he did not show his face to the one with the black flame wings after he rescued him from the 13th batallion, he did show it to the guy who could summon a minigun and was about to put his hands on his waifu and eventually to the Takao sisters before he confronts the deluded king vessel. He doesn't really care enough about the background characters to hold any hostility to them as they're still useful in his revenge effort.

If you're dropping this because of his lack of hostility towards his classmates I think you're missing the fact that he's a strategist and he values gathering pawns so he can stack the odds in his favor for his ultimate goal of revenge against the goddess. He's never said anything about getting revenge against his classmates. They didn't summon him to another world, call him useless and leave him for dead in a dungeon infested with man eating monsters. If they actively and willingly oppose him though...

I can't remember if he directly meets them, but he does meet a few of them in a disguise, gotta remember he's trying to keep the goddess from knowing he is still alive, the moment she knows she'll send everything she's got at him to kill him.

eventually yes. as his Fly King persona at first but later on he reveals that Mimori Touka is alive after all.
he's only hostile towards the shitty classmates because they were a threat to people around him. next spoiler is for elaboration on what happened to the shitty classmates.

Yasu was considered useless so he ended up tortured by Alion's cavalry, which was a sobering experience to him. Touka did not reveal who he is but he let Yasu go on a journey of self-discovery.
Oyamada got brainwashed by the Goddess and fought Seras. Killed by Touka after interrogation.
Kirihara fought the whole squad and ended up encased in a block of ice as compromise with Ayaka.
