Someone in the last thread had theorised the reason why he could use so much earth magic was because he had a greater knowledge of the minerals and such from his isekai'd memory, which would be smart writing but... NO HE JUST HAS MORE MAGIC POWERS THAN OTHERS, LOL! :qq:

why did amanda trashtalk MC if she has an earth mage on her team? wtf...
This is exactly what I was about to write. Either your magic doesn't matter too much, or she was just sticking her finger into the open wound of her friend and peer, either way it doesn't make sense why she was such a cow.

So basically he can build whatever he wants, only limited by how deep he can pull from his ass.

honestly, the way it went from chapter 1 to 2 was quite the letdown. Claiming you have "more magic" doesn't fit when you're remaking a whole village in the same day as well as hot springs. By this point, it's rather bottomless, infinite magic. And no reasonable explanation AT ALL for why would no one take such measures to increase their magic powers. Hell, even the fact that there is OTHER earth magic user who made it to rank B as an adventurer makes no sense in such a world where earth magic is so despised and deemed useless.

Maybe I missed something but how is Boda village even a thing? A crummy wooden wall was all that defended this village that is in an area with strong monsters or at least stronger than the avg. villager and just a chapter ago the merchant mentioned a dragon or the like. I know I'm supposed to turn my brain off for spots like that but that village should have been destroyed a month after it was created before the MC ever gets to it.

Man, 2 chapters in and I'm already covered in cliches. The hot spring was just the tip.
