Random thought: I feel that the artist is into k-pop or something similar. Those puffy under eyes that are popular in Korea (Google tells me it's called aegyo-sal) plus the colored lips make them look a lot like k-idols. The clothes, the way they fit and the characters' poses also give me that feeling. They feel a bit inspired by k-idols.

I could be totally wrong. I haven't been into k-pop for years, only read manhwa about it lately. But I did get this feeling while reading this chapter.
