I think so. It came at a terrible time, in a terrible context. She blackmailed him into doing this student festival gig, when he should have been working on another photobook or proper event. They got in trouble, she dissed Yuusei's hero. Then she had the nerve to flirt? Tactless! Were I in Yuusei's shoes, it would make me feel bitter. I wouldn't want to spend more time with the prez.

Sure, there's a silver lining. Sure, Prez is probably not a terrible person and we've only seen a brief glimpse of her. I don't think she did all this stuff with bad intentions. It's still a down moment for our deuteragonist.

Prez is a girl but she sure is a dick. Yeah, Sumire's joke was inappropriate (and sucks) but you didn't have to say it'd be better if Unico performed alone. It's okay to think that, but going out of your way to say it out loud in front of her literal cousin is an asshole move, especially when you were the one who blackmailed him into doing it.

Student Council prez half-heartedly asking Yuusei for a date, doesn't know it's like rubbing salt on a wound. Dissing Sumire is adding lemon juice. Somehow in a story with Sumire and Souko in it, Prez is worst girl at this moment.

This feels like a teaching moment for most of the cast. Sumire might learn to tone it down. Yuusei might learn a thing or two about how to manage and promote.

Is because this Is a girlfailure(womanfailure?) manga, cutesy popular girls like prez have no place here. She should go to other mangas where the popular girl gets the protagonist becomes more social thanks to her or something. We want to see 30yrs ruining their lives here.

It is a lame joke but it still a dirty joke and they're high schoolers. If a parent complains, specially because apparently it was taped, the school can get in problem, Yusei can get in problem, Sumire will get in problem, the agency behind Unico and Sumire will get in problem, etc.
At least Yusei's mom wasn't called, I guess. Because that opens another entire can of worms.

Also, is just like Sumire to not know who Unico is, when she basically spelled it out to her multiple times. Is not that Sumire didn't know or didn't notice, she didn't put enough attention, in the same way she rarely puts attention to the careers of SushiKarma and Ayumi. Like, she has an idea of what they work as, but she does not know the specifics at all and doesn't seem to seriously consider what kind of work Ayumi does, the fact she might be connected to the Yakuza, or how dangerous it is to take Yusei to her office lol.

And Hinami/Unico isn't shown reflecting on what she did. Maybe that will happen in a future chapter as this one was all about the immediate school repercussions and Yusei talking Sumire down from the roof.

It seemed last chapter that Hinami was (stupidly but) genuinely trying to show that a celebrity was fanning for First Lovers by being recognizable and didn't even consider that she'd draw ALL of the attention.
