1. in short, she's damsel in distress type of heroine. So far, she doesn't really have character development or contributed anything with the problem solving in each story arc. She's just your usual beautiful, academically smart popular girl that's sometimes need help. MC has a crush on her and she has feelings for MC since childhood but that feeling disappeared over time because MC is passive in original timeline. But now MC can time travel amd no longer passive, her feeling resurfacing again.



2. Yes, he's very important. He's later become MC best friend. He has a crush with the heroine, that's why he approached the heroine and hangs out a lot with her, but you know how his romance ended. He is specifically only bullying otaku, he doesn't bully other kind of weakass nerd. He has sad childhood related with his otaku friend and now he hates otaku to cope, just your usual delinquent character with sad past to justify his actions. But MC managed to change him and now they become best friend, like naruto and sasuke. he even stopped dyed his hair, so his hair return to its original color which is black. His appearance fully changed in chapter 20.
