When one of them are killed or dispeled they give the information to his book, any of them that are summoned after that know everything the one that died know, the ones that were summoned before that one died don't receive any new information

That's pretty much as far as I remembered it. Stones of various strengths used for summoning.

That would make sense for how she reacted. New body, same consciousness. And then it doesn't matter if one dies.

Seems like the personality is kept as well, considering the reaction. So emotions are considered information stored in the book.

in general the summon never actually die, they just go back to the common consciousness in the book, with every type has their own common memory. and can be summoned again using monster stone + mana.

imagine it like main database that getting updated when one is die/unsummoned. and the summoned one was just copy of the main database in another separated computer.

so yeah not only their memory is the same their personality habit and skill are pretty much equal as they are just copy of the one in book. it especially true with the one with high int stat that can communicate.
