Manga where MC is like first setting in the desert and was chased by 2 thugs (?) and then met a little girl and was cornered and kissed (?) the little girl and suddenly she turns into an adult with dual pistol or something? Later on if im not wrong they fell in love and the MC sacrificed himself but didn't die.

To be frank, if the manga they're referring to is the one we think it is the whole series is so utterly ludicrous it is difficult to describe any given part of it and have it make any sense. Especially if you don't remember the details.
