Help finding a oneshot with a thief as a love interest.

From what I remember:
-There is this silver haired girl and I think when she cries her tears are gems or that she can magically produce gems, either way gems and the silver haired girl were connected.
- The girl gets abducted by a thief gang because of her ability, and the love interest( one of the thiefs ) starts to have feelings for her.
- I also think her parents didin't really care about her and she was in the process of running way when she got kidnapped but I might be wrong.
