Help finding manga

Relatively new one, only 3 or so chapters.
Teenage girl, lived with grandmother who recently died, goes to prestigious school where everyone is like "oh your the daughter of prestigious ____ family" but MC is frugal and old fashioned.
Another girl is convinced that MC is the villainess and is causing havoc , something with the school doctor being related.
