Help finding specific isekai, please

Only remember there is a female elf character early on who is a loot porter for another adventurer group. For some reason she is treated poorly by the adventurers she's with. MC crosses roads with her, but they barely notice each other. I remember thinking it was obvious she would join MC eventually. Art style should be somewhat on the mature, detailed side. Also I think I read it on some group's own reader so it might not be on MD.

Is it the manga where the MC can grow Weapons, and pretty much anything out of the ground and the Elf girl is called called Weapon Destroyer for being too macho and destroying all her weapons?

I think I know what you're talking about, I forgot the name.

Sounds like some of the plot from the evasion healer manga. The ML was summoned and put all his skill points into his evasion stat. The girl Ayreos is referring to sounds like the girl he crossed paths with when looking for the guild.

I think I remember a bit about this one (haven't read it for awhile lol) having an elf girl being treated poorly for having unusual hair colors.. but I don't remember about her being a porter though.

Just so happens there have been pretty recent updates on the series mentioned so they were kinda still hanging around somewhere in the back of my short term memory ^^
