Read this one yandere manga like 5+ years ago when MangaRock and GoGo was still up. I can only remember the ending of the manga because it was... unforgettable..

ML fell into a trap and was near death or already dead. Yandere girl proposes to the other girls to SPLIT UP ML's BODY PARTS among them. One of them got his eye and submerged it in a jar.

I am not the original requester, but I was curious towards the manga referenced and decided to check if that might be the one sought after. This seems to be the case, but now I have to deal with the sin of spoiling the ending for myself twice lol.
