Nice to meet you. This is my first time using the forum so please excuse my etiquette(?) mistakes. ?

I'm looking for a manga or webtoon --

It's set in college I think and the story is about a boy who has a superpower where he can see if a girl has a crush on someone through the form of sparkles. So, if a girl is sparkling, then she is in love. But the boy is in despair and doesn't believe in love because no one sparkled for him. One day, during a lecture(?), he hears a girl say that she wants to learn about love(?). He becomes interested in her and his friend (female) arranges for them to talk. The boy decides to have an exchange diary with the girl. They start the diary exchange and learn more about each other. Maybe it was love at first sight for the boy.

I only read a few chapters so this is all I can remember. If anyone knows the title, please comment down below!
