ok here's what I remembered: They were childhood friends I think he's poor and the girl he likes is rich he attend on a prestigious school( I think). there's a magical pillow thing that turns both of them or just the girl very horny. fast forward girl's dad faces financial crisis( debt of 200 million yen or dollar debt) and some old dude can pay the their debt but he wants the girl but the mc payed the debt instead(he got the money from the magical thingy)...
