How long did this investigation take? If it totaled less than 3 months (time it would take until pregnancy becomes visible), could Yuki be pregnant with Miura's kid? Did Miura know and refuse to take responsibility because he was married? Did Yuki kill him because of that? Was this the 'sin' she carried, a child that she birthed from another man whom she killed? Was this why Granny hated her?

I feel like the chronology of the story feels pretty clear, but I feel a bit blurry on the specifics of the timeline to make proper guesses here. Does anyone have like a timetable of the events?

I'll repost the timeline I had in some other thread, this time with months whenever they're shown or mentioned in the manga. Updated to reflect events of latest chapters:

Sep 1992 - Miura murdered, Kumai investigates
Sep 1995 - Iwata investigates Miura's murder, legs get crushed into a bag of skittles
Oct 2007 - Yuki/Takeshi marry
Oct 2008 - Takeshi/Ren's first blog post, Takeshi/Yuki's first anniversary
Sep 2009 - Yuki gives birth to Yuuta, Yuki dies
2010 - Granny's last (or second-last) visit to Yuki's grave
2012 - Yuuta/Takeshi visit Yuki's grave (summer?), Takeshi's last blog post (Nov), Takeshi presumably dies soon after
May 2014 - Sasaki/Kurihara investigate Ren's blog
April 2015 - Yuuta discovers birth mother, granny/stalker incident

Interesting theory... All I'll say is that there is no indication of how long the investigation took.

Actually, Hanayagi is the name of a kind of bento set it seems, related to hanami (meaning flower-viewing, i.e. appreciation of the sakura blossom during spring). It can be googled. Several real companies sell versions of Hanayanagi bento which one can see on google searching using the kanji

Damn is this why Yuki wanted to call the potential girl Sakura despite her being born in autumn?

So there is still a chance Granny murdered her husband, but it seems more likely that Yuki might have teamed up with the friend to kill Miura and then the wife later found out and plotted against Yuki. Though if she also ambushed him, there is no real need for the friend to actually help if we suspend disbelief a little. Would explain the lack of sleeping bag, all bloody on top of it giving away some of the time fudging.
