This is more of a philosophical manga than it is a fetish manga, and it's very interesting to me. I don't think that is deserves this low of a rating, but I can understand why due to the topic of the manga.
It is not as if fetishes are acquired from birth, it's more of a product of their life experiences, whether trivial or something traumatic. A common theme of the manga is that they're mainly ostracized because they have these fetishes. It is a kind of mental illness.
So it is heartwarming when someone is able to live with the fact that they have the fetish and be happy, but it is soul crushing whenever someone gets the short end of the stick, like not being able to find a partner or dying.
If I were to describe this in 2 words, it would be "beautifully disgusting". While I did think it was a bit silly at first, I needed to realize that there really are people like this that exist. The difference is that there isn't any kind of cafe like this obviously. There are substitutes in the real world like safe spaces and whatnot.
I would definitely recommend this, but only to the people who can handle such topics. There isn't any filter or anything. There's a pedophile, necrophiliac, murder, domestic abuse, etc.
