I hate to break it to you, but fetish-friendly content isn't automatically porn.
True, but if you want to nitpick like that, then let me tell you that only fetish-friendly content also doesn't properly depict a fetish in the first place, meaning there's a difference between fetish and fetish-friendly 😁 (You see, phrasing things properly in comments is hard. This isn't a scientific thesis, so cut me some slack 😅)
Anyhow, an actual fetish has per definition sexual connotations. It simply wouldn't be a fetish otherwise. You're right that it doesn't have to be porn directly, but it's at the very least suggestive, meaning it still implies that direction and stuff, which I intended to address with the additional "in any way" part. I guess that didn't work, but that was the plan, I swear 😅
One way or another, that's more or less nitpicking, though. I'm not sure why that's the part you got hung up on.
Anyway, you could say the NTR element in this story was used in a fetish-friendly way, so to speak. Since I was the one who said that this is NOT (again in capital letters) about porn, you should see that I do know that fetish-friendly content isn't automatically porn very well. That's literally what all of this was about in the first place.
I wrote a reply to ScuffedGeo who pretty much said there are no NTR elements at all in this story because that element didn't completely jump into his face, which I argued against.
If you read his specific comment that I replied to, what he wrote about coom-brained weirdos obsessed with cucking (which is clearly referring to a very sexual/pornopgraphic NTR fetish in a bad way), you might get an idea why I could have phrased it like that.
I naturally had to pick up what he said to have any chance of convincing him.
You can't convince anybody by ignoring their points in an argument.

What is it with the parents etc. in these kinds of stories, that they utterly fail to teach the protagonist a realistic view on their own power scale? This is literally raising a overpowered idiot, which is one of the most irresponsible things you can do, since such a person is a danger to themself and others and the only reason this kind of stuff doesn´t end in a catastrophy is because there are no realistic consequences or the author uses deus ex machina moments to solve things. ... Seriously is this some kind of Anime trope or just lazy writing?

Considering the ntr argument, i haven't read it but personally, I'd say it's only ntr if both had feelings for each other. Other than that, it would be nothing more than just a one sided crush

Idk myself but all of them feel the same and I tend to lose interest midway.

Probably because the messaging is the same. I'll admit that I don't remember coming across any manga with a blacksmith MC, but I'd be willing to wager that the one you're referring to features an MC that isn't very physically strong (despite being a blacksmith); probably stretches his hand out and poofs a piece into existence.

Tamers and healers (especially) are not roles that absolutely require strength--either magic or some kind of technique or spell. The MC will have that role, while you usually find some woman being the warrior, knight, or other direct combat role suitable for the strength of a man standing in front of him--like you'd see on such a manga's cover, because the authors know such a sissy can't sell.

Such a sissy is still needed to tell you that strength is bad for men, and they've been saying it for years, now. The authors just dress it up a little differently each time.

This feels really janky to read, because everyone the MC meets is immediately either exaggeratedly dissing him or exaggeratedly hyping him. Sometimes it's even the same person doing both! Be normal, people!
The MC is also wayyy overpowered. It would be OK to just have him be a medical nerd with one really underlooked skill combo or something, he doesn't need to also be casually curbstomping dragons everywhere he goes.
Overall I give it 6/10

I gave this 5.5 / 10, because of the good art and cats. ( 5 for cats, .5 for good art ).

Yet again a cliche manga,

where the MC doesn't know his own true worth,

gets his childhood friend taken,

becomes a great/popular guy after getting out of his comfort zone,

gets a harem even though he is dense,

the childhood friend loses everything when the lord decides to throw her away for someone better or sells her to slavery,

comes begging MC for help bcoz nowhere to go or live,

MC accepts as returning favor to the one who raised him,

either does a one time favor and sends her away or keeps her as friend,

manga gets axed. THE END.

The above is just a prediction, I don't real novels.

Personally my breaking point due to the fact I just cant take it anymore is when the mc is a pathetic chicken shit loser and runs away from every chick despite being grown like he has a micro penis and skeered someone will notice (granted he is japanese so it might be true) and this happens over and over. It's like japan wants to shout out to the world "we are beta nation" or something like that and every one of these ball-less loser mc are an open insult to men in general.

First, when we talk about NTR here, it refers to a story element in this context. There are countless stories with that element to put the MC down in the beginning to make his/her rise to fame and power more interesting and also allow for additional contrast and plot points if the ex partner is met again later in the story.
That element is so common that there's actually a tag for just that on some sites.

This is NOT about porn in any way, so this is most certainly not about a fetish from anyone here, especially a weirdo. Seriously, if we wanted porn, we wouldn't have started reading this particular manga in the first place, lol.
Even if you dislike losing an argument, you shouldn't resort to insults and you also shouldn't mistake commonly used story elements for the readers' fetishes. That's just ignorant and insulting.

Stick to facts instead of insults, especially if you're convinced that you're right.
On that note, I did literally prove it to you, you can easily reread and confirm everything I said and explained in that regard. You'd just have to do it, I guess.
If you do, you'd see that the NTR element was briefly used there, but not focused on. Even if the rest of the story conveniently forgets about it in the future, that's a different problem.
Well japan being a country overflowing with like 95% of male population being beta trash losers some way worst than others (aka the basement/dark damp room/hole dwelling fugo creepy AF types) and as stomach turning not to mention a straight up embarrassment to men everywhere two of their most favored and popular fetish are actually wanting to get cucked and/or ntr (both basically same thing one iust more extreme and sickening than the other. And of course the weebos and out of country wanna be jap types have adopted that train of though... especially when they consider the fact that no chick will ever ever ever want to touch their gross fugo creeper asses and that may be as close to sex as they ever get. It's just an embarrassment and bad joke to men everywhere. It's so so so frickin rare to find an anime mc who isnt a total beta bia coward in any and all things female. It feels like all but a tiny handful are just makeshift slightly altered copies of either Issei from DxD (the very definition of creepy degenerate loser that's would rather add to spank bank than get laid not to mention the walking talking embodiment of the phrase "all bark, no bite" always yapping about crap the micro penis loser with never actually do. OR the king of beta bia anime losers Rito Yuki... who despite constant endlessly around naked chicks still freaks out like the crown prince of sissys every time he comes face to face with a chick and ten fold if she is naked. Prob the most embarrassing mc of all time and he basically shits on the men of this world every time he claims to be one of us.
