I dunno why (non-showoff) parents want to attend these meeting. It always ends up with an ever expanding list of "voluntary" contributions to the school. The only important thing is probably the "do your kid(s) want to do art or science in the future" choice which pretty much can be solve with a piece of printout paper and it wouldn't waste half a day of everyone's time.
