Ending was definitely much happier than I thought possible. Now I want a sequel of the two being all lovey dovey with each other.

even with the small amount of actually good wlw manga/webtoons, this is what makes it worth it. i know a lot of men read yuri so it's always a joy to see non-fetishized, great wlw stories that can portray us in a way outside of pornography. i'm not ashamed to admit i cried several times during this story

@ohnwoes It would still probably be better for everyone if more men read yuri honestly. Yuri manga are cancelled left and right (and more commonly not allowed to start at all). Inevitably, the lesbian community is going to be pretty small. However, there are over 5 times as many yaoi titles on Mangadex, despite the gay community being roughly the same size statistically. This is because straight women drive yaoi sales. There are some men who read yuri (and you aren't wrong that manga care more about capturing that audience than the lesbian audience), but they don't exist in anywhere remotely near the numbers of women who read yaoi.

It's depressing that some days there will be zero updated yuri series (usually still a love live doujin or something but no meaningful updates) when that would never happen for yaoi.

@mmosimca i agree, it's a sad reality but it's the only way for wlw stories to prosper in webtoons and manga. atleast nowadays it's a bit easier cause you don't need a publisher to prosper online

It was a really nice read but the fact that every single man in this is a Piece of shit (besides like, the sailor dude?) just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The female characters were morally gray but the males all evil? Maybe it's because i'm a guy that i'm feeling some type of way lol

Besides my gripes with the way the male characters were written it was solid overall 8/10
