Also, I missed the tag before I started reading this. Furthermore, it's simply a theme, it doesn't mean they have to fuck in the end. It can simply be one-sided romantic feelings, as well as one of the main "conflicts" of the story. A non-deranged person would hope the pairing doesn't happen

A non-deranged person knows manga is not the same as real life and that drawings are not real people, so in fiction anything goes and it's fine, a mentally healthy person knows to separate fiction from reality.

Aaaaaaaand things got really complicated, again-
Not really sure now if Kyapi is the answer we all are searching, Sera seems to be worried about what will happen to them once their popularity goes away and they're not trend anymore, and I'm inclined to think she will dump Sera in a heartbeat and start a new proyect. I may be wrong. I hope I'm wrong-
And I'm not sure if therapy will be enough for Kira at this point. Somethin bad will happen soon and only a night of hard and wild s*x with her sister can prevent it...

so Kira has abandonment issues and thinks herself inferior to Sera somehow? And she seems to think that being in a sister unit is the only way to be next to Sera. Meanwhile, Sera is obviously suffering from inferiority complex towards her little sister, grappling with depression (I'm assuming this) because of how she's working part-time at a maid cafe at her age and her chance of being an idol is close to gone by now.

The ideal way to fix this is for them to talk shit out, accept that being a sister unit isn't needed for they to stay together, and for Sera to take Kyapi's offer if she still want to be popular/being in the idol industry.

But somehow I doubt that will happen.
