Wow this arc is so complicated, so many betrayals. I understand that the senior sister would "incapacitate" little Mo to get the core for herself, but she went far beyond that by trapping him with a spirit who want to take over his body... (who is this spirit by the way ? Where did he come from ?) so I don't really get her betrayal. As for the cat sword master I am not sure why he would want to make known that he is alive... I am a bit lost here...

@Blacksad the spirit is basically her 'master' I believe. He's the other Soul Controlling Sect disciple that escaped (the other being the guy who found the city then died in the cave while trying to take over Little Mo). Loyalty is a tenuous thing in cultivation. When you are trying to achieve immortality a lot of things become less important in light of it. but rather her e The Cat Sword Master must have felt he was powerful enough with the core + sword + Little Mo's development that he can do whatever he wants at this point (at least not get caught). He spread the cultivation manual to spread chaos and make it harder for people to find him. So this was just his way of taunting the targets of his revenge.

@PeterTarget you can bookmark the series to see when it updates, unfortunatly i don't think it gives notifications.... but what you could do is join our discord and get the notifications on this series there 😄
