Are you serious? This nonsensical story is meh at best. The author introduces the setting of the story with an example scene, then does an infodump in the middle of it, treating the readers as idiots who can't understand what's happening without an infographic. And the scene itself is stupid. Why do they even need the hero to stop the robbers at the cost of the hostages' lives lol? Why not make it even more edgy by killing an entire street of people for a random guy who litters? You know, to really show how cartoonishly evil the heroes are? And the character even fails to set an example, he just goes ahead and kills everyone without caring, acting like the writer doesn't know about CCTV.
