My headcanon is that she's flagged as one to be watched over, but as long as she doesn't zap anyone that resists her charm that didn't already deserve to be, and that she actually helps make everyone's lives better, the Association leaves her be. Her bewitching power may be more akin to just superhuman-level attractiveness, like how it is for Scrawny Pretty Boy.

I've got to wonder just who Student really is? He shows up in every single thread, he knows and can contact some pretty important people, he knows information that others think of as just rumors, he can even name the Lecturers and sounds like he may have had a run in (or several) with them before. Probably a mod, that would explain :

• why he is so much threads
• why he know so many and so much
• and why he can change the title of others heroes.

Ah, so the robot getting summoned was because of Sage! I had forgotten about that plot point. (This is not my first time reading this manga.)

This also mean that Student's instinct to call Sage to help teleport the robots was very on point since he was the one who in the end teleported all 5 robots.
