Try beginning after the end- it’s a about a king who dies a miserable life then gets reborn. It goes through his life from when he was a kid to now when he is a teen but he is mentally a adult. He’s also pretty smart. It’s really good.

Try magic emperor.-it’s a manhwa but it’s really good. It is isekai btw. The cool shit is that he’s super manipulative and does what he wants he’s pretty op as well. He does show character growth by learning to accept other but only when it’s in his interest. There’s a scene where he almost lets a innocent girl die to save his life and then manipulates everybody around him to love him again even if he did that.
