Just got back from Japan, made it just in time to see the Unicorn for the first and last time. Sucks that you can’t really visit the Gundam Base, you need to win a lottery to be allowed to reserve a visit. At least the pop-up store next to the Unicorn has some good stuff, and the Round 1 next to Gundam Base is super fun.

Damn, there's a lottery system now??? That sucks, I went a few years ago and could just walk in.

But thinking back, a lot of the really good stuff was wiped out because of people scalping, so I can see why they might've implemented it.

did you happen to go on a weekend? because they usually only implement that when they're expecting high human traffic, like the weekend, or Public Holiday(like, say...the recent Golden Week holidays). if you go on a weekday, you can just waltz right in...stock availability is another story, though DX
