Yep the crystal affect his personality, or more exactly what Tiuma have done with it during the last week if it follow the novel.

Between the time he got them until that scene in the Web Novel, Touma did all kind of mechanical test using Seiichi's crystal whenever he got time to study it. So Seiichi is guilty, but he couldn't have think straight with his friends unknowingly torturing his soul without either of them realizing that.

No, there is a lot of rape and gang rape. MC and the other guy do seem to get more women.. and ofc have sex with them. Oh yeah, they also get raped
