I feel like the author of this has some personal frustration he is trying vent out, this looks edgy without having an aim, is like the writing comes from anger and frustration.
I don't find this to be good, the story, the characters, the aimless impotent frustration I sense from the writing.
The art makes me think that the artist doesn't believe in this chapter either.

I don't think is a hiatus. I'm afraid this is a seasonal manga. So, it's going to be veeeery slow paced.
